Mawloud Marketplace Return & Refund Policy

Although the returns policies for items sold and shipped by stores on Mawloud Marketplace may be different from Mawloud’s return policies, we have set up certain minimum return standards to ensure a consistent customer experience. Review the following guidelines to confirm your return is eligible.


14-day Return Policy

Most stores on Mawloud Marketplace follow and allow a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

  1. In the same condition that you received it,
  2. Not worn and not used;
  3. With tags and in its original packaging.


To return your items, please use contact the store directly. You can always contact us for any support if needed at customercare@mawloud.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items**
Certain items from select stores that are not eligible for return are listed below but not limited to; 

  1. E-Gift cards
  2. Items received from following stores that are custom-made for you

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item either from Mawloud Marketplace or the store directly. 

Refunds
We will notify you once our partner store has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the delivery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and depending on the store policy you purchased from, they may also charge a pick up fee which we will deduct from the refund amount. 

Time to Refund
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
